Gather the evidence to decrypt the floppy
Before facing this mission you will have to collect a series of clues. To collect these clues you will first have to play 3 missions and take the tests:

- Red light, green light (Observer newspaper cover)

Decrypting the floppy

- First examine the coded message you picked up earlier and it should include a lot of red and blue letters and numbers. - Now you have to check broadcast station numbers and look for the two numbers you just found in the encrypted message. These two numbers will correspond to a city (the name of the city will be the password from the floppy disk)
- You just have to look at the Observer cover. If you take a good look, you will notice that some of the letters that appear on the cover are written in red. Use those letters together and you should be able to form the name of another city that will correspond to a number that is the one you will use as code to decrypt the floppy.
Go back to the CIA terminal, enter the code and your password and you will successfully decrypt the floppy.
