Cards with Hidden Abilities from Inscryption

Common Equipment

  • Cat - If sacrificed 9 times, it will lose Undying Stealth, but will gain 3 on Attack and 5 on Health (a total of 3 Attack and 6 Health if left unchanged) which is almost on par with a Grizzly.
  • Ring worm and viper - At the campfire, you can probably increase its stats up to 4 times without being eaten by survivors. If eaten, the survivors will die permanently, and then the next time you come across a campfire, whatever creature you have could be boosted without any danger of losing it, giving you good stats. You automatically pass the ring challenge with Ring Worm.
  • Black goat - If you sacrifice it on an altar (the one with the big bovine skull), you will get an upgrade more powerful than a 1 bone bonus at the beginning of each game. I think it's 8 bones instead, but I could be wrong. As an honorable mention, that card can and will look different if you chose the goat eye after cutting your eye with the knife.

Raro

  • Ouroboros – Okay, so you probably knew that Ouroboros gains +1 to both health and attack after dying, but did you know that he also keeps those stats permanently? But of todEither way, because he maintains bonuses after each of his deaths, he can reach absolutely phenomenal power levels in the game, such as 999 – 999. He is effectively the Exodia of Inscryption, if you take the time of the day to train it that is.
  • Child 13 - It will change from "defense mode" to "attack mode" and vice versa every time it is sacrificed, it also has the imperishable stealth. In "attack mode," he has airborne stealth and a +2 attack bonus.
  • Long moose - Same effects as Worm Ring and Viper at Campfires. Also, the card will change its appearance frequently, sometimes you will only see the Long Elk's neck, sometimes you will see its head.
  • The daus - If bells of this type are hit, it will directly attack the offender (s). With various health upgrades, this turns out to be a very good card.
  • Amalgam - Always affected by the player's totem when played.
  • Card with static only - It transforms into a random card.
