Once you finish with the Beneviento House you will reach the Gardens. There is a gate on one side of the garden path that leads to a small slope with a hut just down the path. Inside this cabin there is a typewriter and the Luthier key. This is the key you need to access the House of the Missing Owners.
Returns home. Follow the same path you took during the previous story, go down the path to the east of the graveyard, and then crawl under the tractor. Use the Luthier key to enter the house. The treasure is inside the closet closed that you will find there. You can see the code in the Happy Birthday box in the hall.

The reward is a valuable treasure called hraesvelgr and the F2 Mag High Capacity Rifle. You can equip the weapon part to your Sniper Rifle and sell the treasure for 14.000 lei to the merchant
