Once you complete the main quest “Thrill of the ocean” the new quest “Walk the stem” will appear, which you can take at the location indicated in the following image. Don't get sidetracked; when you reach the end of the path you will see the area where you will have to plant the magic beans.

Follow Fairy Tonilla to the next cocoon; when she blooms more enemies will appear, after defeating them she talks to Fairy Tonilla and continues the path along the stem. As you go down the slide you will see some targets that you can shoot at. When you reach the bottom of the slide, you will have returned to the area where the first cocoon was.
Keep going to enter the guarida of the parasite and face him. When you manage to defeat him, she advances through the portals until she reaches Fairy Tonilla and talks to the character.
