Faction: Kislev. Availability: campaign, custom battles and multiplayer battles.
How to unlock it
Complete the Frozen Falls mission battle in campaign mode (on any difficulty). To access this mission battle, you must play the campaign as Kislev (with any Kislev character), controlling the cities of Erengrad, Praag and Kislev for 10 turns. After these 10 turns, the quest battle will appear in the north of Praag. After completing the mission battle, you will have to decide what to do with Boris Ursus, it doesn't matter what you decide because the character is unlocked after winning the battle.
How to unlock Be'lakor in Total War: WARHAMMER
Be'lakor Faction: Undivided Chaos. Availability: Custom battles and multiplayer battles.
How to unlock it
Complete the Forge of Souls mission battle in campaign mode (on any difficulty). To access this mission battle you need to play the campaign as Cathay or Kislev (with any of their characters), enter all 4 Chaos Royals and defeat their champions in the final missions. After defeating all 4 champions, you will unlock the Forge of Souls quest battle.
